Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse

Job Description:

At Shooting Stars Nurseries, every day is a new adventure. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals who love learning and nurturing young minds to join our growing early years team.

Requirements:

• Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification
• Experience working in a children’s day nursery
• Interest in developing team leader skills

Role: Senior Nursery Practitioner, full-time, £13.90 per hour

Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, 34 Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove, B61 0AE

Hours: 40 hours/week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6pm, all year round except bank holidays

We are looking for:

• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric childcare
• Knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, and experience with children with Special Educational Needs
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Ability to build relationships as a Key Person and work in partnership with parents and carers
• Team leadership experience or willingness to develop these skills
