Pay: £13.45 per Hour based on experience (40 hours per week).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 38 hours between the hours of 7.30am-6pm

We are a close-knit team with children, staff and our parents all knowing one another. Inside our nursery in Margate, you will find three thoughtfully designed rooms, each equipped with age-appropriate resources tailored to meet the developmental needs of every child. Townsend Montessori Nursery Margate is situated just a short walk from Margate town centre and Margate train station, on Cowper Road. Parking is available to the team on the roads close to the nursery.

What Your Role Involves

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
• Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
