Job summary

Caring Kindergartens Ltd is seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead a dedicated team, support colleagues and drive high-quality Early Years practice in our Peterborough nursery. You’ll mentor staff, ensure robust safeguarding and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 childcare qualification recognised for the role.
• Extensive experience in an early years setting with EYFS knowledge.
• Experience guiding or leading colleagues and developing others.
• Good safeguarding understanding and Safer Recruitment awareness.
• Ability to support high-quality observations and planning.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and manage multiple demands.
• Reflective practice and willingness to give and receive feedback.
