Job summary

Busy Bees Enfield Highlands Village is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead the nursery, ensuring high-quality education and safeguarding. You will shape the team, practice and culture with regional and central support, bringing EYFS expertise and strong leadership to drive excellence across operations.

The role requires Level 3 childcare qualifications and leadership in a good or outstanding setting, with opportunities for progression and international best-practice exposure.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager in a high-quality setting.
Level 3 childcare qualification and EYFS expertise.
Strong leadership with ability to develop teams and sustain high standards.
Solid safeguarding knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day running of the nursery, including education quality and safeguarding.
Inspire and develop a high-performing nursery team and culture.
Oversee financial and operational performance with regional support.
Engage with parents, staff and the community to drive excellence.
