Hedgehog Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Early Years Manager for a friendly independent day nursery. You will lead a committed team and oversee all aspects from environment setup to recruitment and staff training, with a focus on outstanding childcare.

You will drive development of quality provision, manage Ofsted readiness and parent liaison, ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements, while inspiring staff to reach their full potential.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in a nursery environment.
• Complete knowledge of the EYFS and all Early Years legal requirements and legislation.
• Experience with Ofsted inspections.
• Strong communication with parents and liaising with outside agencies.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Evidence of strong team leadership and management.
• Enthusiastic and innovative approach to the role.
