Job summary

An independent nursery in Tockington is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional early years education. You will oversee the curriculum, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support staff development. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of management experience and a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification. Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to undergo Paediatric First Aid training.
  • Understanding of EYFS framework.

  • Lead and support the Nursery Team for outstanding educational delivery.
  • Oversee the induction and professional development of nursery staff.
  • Implement and oversee the EYFS curriculum and promote inclusive education.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
