Busy Bees Nottingham Toton is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, drive the Bee Curious curriculum, and inspire a team to deliver consistently high standards of care and learning.

This leadership role focuses on mentoring Room Leaders, safeguarding, and building strong relationships with families, while ensuring compliance and a nurturing environment across the centre.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet children's needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children and support those with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and keep them informed of development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding across the centre.
