Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Senior Nurse for Whitecliffe House in Blandford Forum, Dorset. You will lead the clinical team, coordinate shifts and care plans, and participate in senior decision-making to ensure high standards of elder care.

You will join a luxury care home with strong training, development, and opportunities to advance to roles such as Clinical Lead. The role offers 24 hours per week, with alternate weekends and paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical knowledge and sound judgement.
• Great communications skills and can-do attitude.
• Team player with attention to detail and sense of fun.
• Experience role-modelling best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and allocate duties to nurses and care team.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support from Colten Care Clinical/Quality experts.
