Qualifications

• 3-year post-qualification experience in Nuclear Medicine.
• Ability to give IV injections and perform venipuncture.
• Knowledge of gamma camera QC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT.
• Administer radioactive doses and handle radioactive sources.
• Organise staff resources when acting as deputy to lead radiographer.

Skills

Post-qualification experience in Nuclear Medicine

Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine scanning protocols

Ability to give IV injections

Ability to prioritise work

Flexibility and willingness to learn

Good time-keeping

Education

BSc Radiography or DCR or equivalent

PG Diploma in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent

Tools

Computer/keyboard skills
