Qualifications

• Previous paralegal experience within Disease setting.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Professional manner with internal and external relationship building.
• Assertive and confident with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of NIHL claims.
• Draft Court documents within the Civil Procedure.
• Instruct Counsel and experts where appropriate.
• Assess liability and quantum and prepare reports/advice.
• Make and respond to offers and negotiate settlements.
• Manage client MI expectations and SLA requirements.
• Negotiate fixed recoverable costs and disbursements.
