A leading care provider in Eastbourne is seeking a Senior Night Coach to provide reassurance and support for children with learning disabilities during the night shift. You will need at least 1 year of experience and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. A Senior Night Coach at SuperCare provides reassurance, safety, and stability while the children sleep. Nights can be unpredictable - some children may settle well, while others may wake anxious, distressed, or needing personal care. You’ll be the calm, skilled presence who ensures that even in the quiet hours, the children feel safe, understood, and well cared for.
This home supports young people with severe to profound learning disabilities, autism and ADHD, many of whom are non‑verbal and use PECS and Makaton. Several children also have epilepsy (training provided). The home recently achieved "Good" in its first Ofsted inspection and is aiming for Outstanding, with the right team in place.
