You will manage the sales process of design-led homes, providing exceptional service and collaborating with a supportive team. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in property sales and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary of up to £40k basic plus £55k OTE is offered.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in new homes sales, preferably in the premium market.
  • Access to a car and valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales journey for new homes.
  • Conduct private viewings and manage the sales suite.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients.
  • Liaise with solicitors and estate agents for smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report sales updates.

  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, report sales updates, and share buyer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Represent the brand at events and weekends viewings as needed.
  • Who we're looking for:
    • Proven success in new homes sales, ideally in the premium/residential property market.
    • Access to a car and driving license.
    • Confident, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and target-driven.
    • Familiarity with Kent & West Sussex property markets is a plus!
