We're seeking a polished and ambitious Senior New Homes Sales Consultant to take ownership of the sales journey and deliver a truly consultative, white-glove experience to discerning buyers.

What You'll Do
  • Own the entire sales process from first enquiry through to legal completion
  • Deliver bespoke, consultative experiences that match the calibre of the homes you're selling
  • Conduct exclusive viewings and manage a premium sales environment
  • Build strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and provide insightful sales reporting
  • Act as the voice of the buyer—feeding market intelligence back to shape strategy and future developments
Who You Are
  • An accomplished new homes sales professional with a track record in the premium or luxury market
  • Naturally consultative, articulate, and confidently engage high-net-worth individuals with ease
  • Commercially astute, self-motivated, and energised by achieving targets
  • Weekend availability is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the Kent/West Sussex property market preferred
