Job summary

Your World is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Stroke and Neuro team in Belfast. The role focuses on delivering advanced neurological rehabilitation to restore independence during critical recovery stages.

You will conduct thorough assessments, design personalized rehab plans, and work within multidisciplinary teams to support efficient patient discharge. NHS-aligned standards and HCPC guidelines will guide clinical practice, with travel and accommodation support

Qualifications

• Requires Occupational Therapy degree (BSc or MSc) and HCPC registration.
• Full right to work in the UK is required.
• Experience in neurology, brain injury or stroke settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neurological assessments and design bespoke rehab plans in acute stroke/neuro settings.
• Utilise advanced techniques and equipment to manage impairments.
• Ensure quality and compliance with HCPC and Trust protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for efficient discharge planning.
