Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Neurological Speech and Language Therapist to provide high-quality SLT to adults with neurological conditions in the community in Barnet.

You will work at the Neurological Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) within the CNCMT, Edgware Hospital, joining an established community therapy team and a specialist MDT, with supervision and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a high standard of Speech and Language Therapy to adults with neurological conditions in the community in Barnet.
• Assess and treat own caseload of patients as an autonomous practitioner for complex neurological dysfunction.
• Act as case co-ordinator/keyworker for allocated patients, organising reviews as needed.
• Supervise and teach team members, students and rehab assistants; contribute to MDT education.
• Undertake evidence-based projects and service improvement initiatives with supervision.
