Qualifications

  • Experience of working with an adult client group in neurological rehabilitation at a senior level.
  • Confident autonomous practitioner with high level leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexible problem-solving approach and good clinical reasoning skills.
  • Efficient in time and people management.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced specialist Occupational Therapy input to clients.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision of junior staff.
  • Monitor and re-assess clients with complex care plans.
  • Engage in joint patient assessment/treatment with junior staff.
  • Write comprehensive discharge and progress reports to medical referrers.
