Job summary

Fairlie Healthcare Group in Purley, UK is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to adults with complex neurological conditions, including tracheostomy and ventilator support.

You will provide clinical leadership within the MDT, support junior staff, and develop specialist knowledge in areas such as Infection Prevention and Control or PEG management, depending on service needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in neurological care and ventilator/tracheostomy care is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership within an MDT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to Residents.
• Lead and support the MDT and junior staff.
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and promote best practice.
