• Master’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Recent experience supporting patients with MND.
• Evidence of managing neurological patients in community and hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and ongoing care of patients with MND.
• Conduct advanced assessments and plan and review treatments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team working across various specialties.
• Provide home visits and run virtual and face-to-face clinics.
• Attend monthly MND multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Support service development and implement best practice guidance.
