Job summary

Brainkind is recruiting a Senior Healthcare Assistant for Stagenhoe Neurological Care Centre in Hitchin. You will coordinate high-quality, holistic care and provide supervision to junior staff, ensuring a safe, clean environment and comprehensive support for service users.

Requirements include a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, numeracy and computer literacy, excellent communication, team work, and at least 2 years of care experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health and Social Care is essential.
• 2 years of relevant care work experience.
• Audit awareness and safeguarding knowledge.
• Coaching/mentoring experience or qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and delegate care and support tasks in a safe, clean environment.
• Promote rights and choices of individuals and acknowledge preferences.
