The Opportunity

This is a senior, relationship‑driven role suited to someone who already has a strong presence in the commercial fit‑out industry. You’ll be given the autonomy to work your network, open doors at a senior level and position the business early in conversations that matter.

Rather than chasing volume, this role is about building the right relationships, creating long‑term opportunities and adding strategic value to the wider team.

Responsibilities
  • Using your established industry relationships to generate high‑quality opportunities
  • Positioning the business with developers, agents, consultants and end‑user clients at an early stage
  • Representing the company at key industry events and within senior industry circles
  • Providing insight on market trends, competitor activity and upcoming opportunities
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact and sounding board for clients and partners
  • Supporting the leadership team with strategic input on business development and market direction
