Qualifications

• Hands-on Zscaler ZPA and ZIA experience is essential.
• Proven experience designing and securing large-scale enterprise networks.
• Experience with enterprise firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design secure enterprise network architectures.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot firewall technologies (Palo Alto/Cisco).
• Implement and support Zscaler ZPA/ZIA deployments.
• Collaborate with IAM and NAC teams.
• Monitor security events and manage SIEM tooling.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and drive remediation.
• Support security compliance and audits.
• Operate within ITSM, CMDB, governance and change processes.
