Job summary

Sky UK Limited is looking for a delivery-focused Programme Manager to own and deliver large-scale network, broadband and infrastructure programmes. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Security and Finance to drive delivery from initiation through to handover, ensuring governance and executive reporting are in place.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects within a hybrid, security-conscious environment, reporting to the Group Communications & Infrastructure Delivery Team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of large-scale network, broadband, ISP, connectivity or infrastructure programmes within a telecommunications or technology environment.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end cross-functional programmes, coordinating activities across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, Commercial, Finance and third-party suppliers from initiation through to operational handover.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programmes, including ownership of delivery plans, interdependencies, milestones, risks and resource coordination across a complex portfolio.
• Proven track record of establishing and leading programme governance, including executive reporting, Steering Committees, risk management, dependency management and delivery decision forums.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and delivery partners, including influencing outcomes, resolving conflicts, securing decisions and driving accountability across organisational boundaries.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex technology or network transformation, resilience, cyber security, platform evolution or customer growth initiatives, with evidence of successful delivery against agreed business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work across teams and departments managing requirements, solution designs and delivery through to operational handover.
• You’ll define and manage the plan for the project including timescales, finances, scope and risks and issues.
• You’ll work closely with technical teams to create innovative solutions and solve problems.
