Role & Responsibilities

As the Senior Network Product Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of product design and technical strategy - shaping secure and scalable network solutions for enterprise customers. This role will see you working cross-functionally with product teams, developers, architects, and operations to drive innovation and consistency across the business's managed network services.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing secure, scalable network architectures
Developing and maintaining technical standards and documentation
Leading research into emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, and NaaS
Collaborating with product teams to prototype and enhance managed network offerings
Providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Driving process improvements across tooling and documentation
Supporting internal stakeholders with high-level technical input
Contributing to governance and architecture reviews across networking solutions

Your Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

7+ years of experience in network engineering or architecture
Expertise in core networking protocols and technologies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN)
Experience designing and deploying end-to-end solutions in a service provider or product-led environment
A strong understanding of secure network architecture and integration
Experience working with public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Jinja2) - advantageous
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, AWS Advanced Networking) - advantageous
