Job summary

iSAM Securities is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with a strong background in Wi-Fi, switching, routing, firewall technologies, and network automation. You will design, implement, and maintain global network infrastructure across data centres, cloud, and office environments while collaborating with infrastructure and development teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise and data centre networking experience with expert-level knowledge.
• Solid fundamentals: OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and design principles.
• Hands-on with BGP/MP-BGP/VRF, Internet/private peering, multicast (IGMP/PIM), and OSPF.
• Firewall policies, IPSEC VPNs, SSL, and network security best practices.
• Experience deploying NAC platforms such as Cisco ISE or Arista AGNI.
• Proficient in Python scripting and Linux for automation and operations.
• Experience with network automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, and related tech.
• Familiarity with NetBox for IPAM and documentation, and Git/GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of overlay networks (EVPN/VXLAN) and cloud networking across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across data centres, cloud environments, and offices.
• Develop and implement firewall policies and VPN connectivity solutions.
• Install, configure, and cable network hardware in data centre environments.
• Collaborate with infra and development teams to align network solutions with business needs.
• Develop and implement network automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Provide BAU support for network infra and participate in on-call rotation.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
