GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Analyst for our M&S site in Bradford to deliver accurate, timely reporting and support innovative data solutions across a large logistics network.

The role focuses on building Power BI reporting, analytics, and KPI dashboards, while collaborating with operational and project stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Expect a full-time, on-site position with occasional weekend work.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering Management Information and data visualisation solutions, ideally using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to present findings to senior leaders.
• Experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement projects and driving positive business change.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong collaborative approach with the ability to work independently while building effective relationships across multiple teams.

• Provide expert data support across site and network-wide projects, ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and quality standards are maintained.

Are you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights? Can you build innovative reporting solutions that drive operational performance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can influence change across a large logistics network? We are looking for a Senior Network Analyst to join our M&S site in Bradford. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across the business while supporting the design and implementation of innovative data solutions. Working closely with operational, project, and senior stakeholders, you'll help shape reporting strategies, improve processes, and drive efficiency throughout the network. This is a full-time, permanent role, working predominately Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. There will be the requirement to work a Saturday or Sunday on occasion.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
