Job summary

Eclipse IT Recruitment is seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to design, shape and deliver high-quality NetSuite solutions for our clients. You will work closely with industry-leading NetSuite consultants to translate requirements into scalable configurations and processes.

The role offers largely remote work with occasional on-site visits, travel-friendly, and opportunities to influence product direction and participate in pre-sales demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• Understanding of core modules: procure to pay, order to cash, record to report and advanced financials.
• Strong communication to work with clients at all levels, document requirements, design solutions.
• Ambitious and keen to learn with a desire for professional development.
• Very strong eye for detail and delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Willing to travel and work on-site when required.

Responsibilities

• Design & deliver high quality, scalable NetSuite solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Work with customers to discover, understand and document requirements, and provide process improvement advice using NetSuite best practice
• Configure and customise all aspects of NetSuite
• Produce and deliver training and UAT to the customer
• Assist the customer with data migration, formatting and preparing data, uploading to NetSuite and reconciling to legacy systems
• Support the customer post-go live by answering questions and solving problems
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design, shape and deliver pre-sale demonstrations of functionality to prospective customers
• Build relationships with customers to become a trusted extension of their team
