Job summary

dnata Travel Group is recruiting a Senior Software Engineer for our Leyland office. You will contribute to all phases of software development within an agile team, building and evolving in-house travel platforms and integrating with third-party systems.

The role focuses on .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, APIs and microservices, with ownership of tasks and strong emphasis on delivery quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering web sites/services in a .NET environment.
• Track record of software delivery on multi-tier, high-volume systems.
• Experience developing and supporting APIs/microservices.
• Travel industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-load, multi-threaded enterprise software systems.
• Deliver robust, high-quality solutions on time.
• Own assigned work items and drive to completion.
• Provide progress updates, estimates, and risk notices.
• Keep up to date with enterprise development patterns and .NET tech.
• Collaborate with team to promote open communication and improvements.
• Provide on-call support to the business.
