Future is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead partner integrations, design robust REST APIs, and oversee end-to-end deployment in a FCA-regulated environment. You will mentor a growing team and collaborate with external partners to deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong C# and SQL Server expertise.
• Experience designing/restful APIs and handling SOAP.
• Test-driven development mentality and team-wide TDD.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural guidance and code reviews for partner integrations.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance REST APIs for XML/JSON/SOAP data.
• Manage end-to-end partner integration lifecycles with zero-downtime deployment.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance to meet FCA security standards.
• Drive SDLC improvements and promote TDD across the team.
• Mentor engineers and guide deployment strategies and critical system alignment.
