Job summary

Avenue3 is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver high-quality software in complex, high-latency environments. You will design and implement robust backend services in C#/.NET, contribute to frontend work with React and TypeScript where needed, and deploy cloud-native solutions in Azure with strong DevOps practices.

You’ll work in agile teams, taking ownership from design through production, mentoring less experienced engineers, and helping raise engineering standards across Avenue3.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering backend services in C#/.NET.
• Experience with React/TypeScript frontend where applicable.
• Strong Azure cloud experience and DevOps practices.
• Ability to mentor more junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
• Comfort working in agile multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain robust backend services in C#/.NET across design to production.
• Contribute to frontend development with React/TypeScript where needed.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native solutions in Azure with CI/CD and containerisation.
• Deliver clean, well-tested code with automated tests across the SDLC.
• Identify and resolve issues across the stack, including production environments.
