Job summary

SEFE Group in London is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, and deliver business-critical applications across the trading lifecycle. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership and mentoring to shape SEFE’s technology landscape.

You will deliver scalable software for trading, risk, and operations, collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders, and drive engineering best practices while coaching junior developers and contributing to roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software with .NET, C#, Web API, SQL Server.
• Strong architecture and OO design skills, SOLID principles, and CI/CD/DevOps.
• Experience in trading/financial services environments with data-intensive workloads.
• Proven technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable software supporting trading, risk, and operations.
• Collaborate with leads, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Provide technical leadership and adherence to architectural standards.
• Address technical debt and contribute to roadmaps.
• Support cross-platform integration and mentor junior developers.
