Job summary

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is assisting a leading energy trading firm in recruiting C# .NET Developers. You will rebuild core platforms, create scalable backend services and modern web applications, and participate in a full software development lifecycle using Agile practices.

The role involves greenfield work with .NET Core 8+, Azure, and event-driven architectures to support trading operations. This contract role offers up to £750/day inside IR35, with extensions expected as the platform

Qualifications

Strong C# and .NET Core development experience.
Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
Full software development lifecycle experience.
Experience working with modern engineering practices and Agile delivery.
Experience building distributed or event-driven applications.
Experience within Financial Services or other complex enterprise environments would be beneficial.
