Job summary

Barnard Marcus in Dorking is seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join the residential sales team. You will market properties, liaise with local branch networks on listings and sales, and maintain a high level of customer service.

You will build rapport with new and existing clients, drive performance, and progress your career within the Connells Group, supported by industry-leading training and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experienced Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator seeking progression in career.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
