Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in account management, ideally within automotive or a related sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills for translating insight into action.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop 1 Platinum or 2 Gold accounts.
  • Act as primary point of ownership for client relationships.
  • Immerse in client businesses, spending 1-2 days onsite per week.
  • Lead and mentor KAMs and RAMs to ensure consistent performance.
  • Deliver tailored account strategies, including upsell initiatives.
  • Monitor account risks and proactively implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
  • Track and report on account performance and KPIs.
