The Opportunity

As Senior National Account Manager – Convenience and Wholesale , you will take full commercial ownership of a strategically critical channel. You will report directly to the UK Commercial Director , and work closely with European partners and the UK brand team to embed the premium snacking range into the market.

This is not a reactive account role. It is a high-ownership, growth-focused position , built for someone who wants to lead a channel, not just manage accounts .

Core Responsibilities
  • Channel Ownership with Growth Accountability Take the lead on Convenience and Wholesale, building out the UK strategy and commercial execution plan.
  • Brand Expansion – Premium Snacking Drive distribution and visibility of the snacking portfolio across key accounts and new customer opportunities.
  • Strategic Business Development Identify whitespace across formats and customers. Build and execute compelling commercial strategies that unlock growth.
  • Full P&L Accountability Own commercial delivery, manage investment, and balance short-term results with long-term brand value creation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with NPD, supply chain, and marketing to bring plans to life in market. Ensure flawless delivery across the value chain.
  • Customer Relationship Management Build and grow senior-level relationships across retail buying, supply, and category functions.
  • Platform for Leadership This is a visible, strategic role with clear progression into future leadership positions as the UK team grows.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a commercially driven, growth-minded account leader who can combine channel strategy with flawless delivery .

  • ️ Proven success in the Convenience and Wholesale channel
  • ️ Experience with impulse-led or snacking categories is highly desirable
  • ️ Strong in both strategic thinking and hands-on account execution
  • ️ Experience growing accounts and opening new opportunities, not just managing
  • ️ Able to work cross-functionally in an agile, entrepreneurial environment
  • ️ Comfortable owning the full P&L and driving performance end to end
  • ️ Hungry for growth, visibility, and progression into leadership
Location

The role is home-based , with two days per week required in the North .
