As a Dermalogica Senior National Account Manager you will create and execute a strategic vision to maximize sales performance and achieve business objectives for John Lewis. Lead and manage a field based team of Business Account Managers and Skin Therapists to ensure excellence in activations, customer service, training, merchandising, and operations.

Education and Experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Office 365, and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive experience in leading digital and physical retail marketing initiatives and joint business plans
  • Proficiency in Adaptive Insights and Power BI is strongly preferred, with the ability to apply insights for data-driven decision making and actions.
  • Proven track record in strategic budgeting, P&L management, and financial forecasting at a senior level.
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management within the retail sector, with demonstrated success in managing large national accounts, driving growth, and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Create standout brand activations and moments.
  • Maintain high retail and visual merchandising standard
  • Empower generic staff in non staffed doors to drive the brand confidently.
Team Development
  • Guide and mentor field team staff.
  • Drive staff productivity and manage incentive structures.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Promote health and safety practices.
