We are recruiting for a great Senior National Account Manager that is looking for their next step in terms or key account management, team mentoring and industry-leading remuneration

Our client is a market-leading, award-winning FMCG business within the ambient food sector, supplying premium-quality products to all major UK retailers and foodservice customers. With an impressive global supply base and a reputation for innovation, this organisation combines commercial success with a strong, collaborative culture. The business continues to expand, and as such they need a Senior National Account Manager to join their talented commercial team and take ownership of key retail relationships.

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a major UK retail account, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth across both branded and own-label ranges. You’ll build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, and Product Development teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service. Working closely with Procurement, Category Insight, and Marketing teams, you’ll utilise market data and category insights to deliver impactful customer presentations and secure new listings.

To be successful in this role, you will…..
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience of sales and national account management within the food industry.
  • You will demonstrate both new business and key account management skills.
  • You must have up-to-date and proven experience of working with UK retail customers
  • Be a proactive, driven, and tenacious professional who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
