At Bio-Kult, we’re passionate about improving digestive and immune health through our award‑winning range of live bacteria supplements. As part of ADM, one of the world’s leading nutrition companies, we combine science, innovation, and a deep commitment to wellbeing.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of our High Street and Pharmacy strategy, managing key retail partners and developing new opportunities to grow Bio‑Kult’s presence across the UK. You’ll also lead and develop a small team and work closely with an outsourced pharmacy sales team to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key retail accounts including Boots, Holland & Barrett, focusing on long‑term growth and profitability.
  • Lead and develop a small internal team, supporting their professional growth and performance.
  • Partner with and oversee the day‑to‑day activity of our outsourced Pharmacy Sales Team.
  • Win new listings and secure increased distribution through range reviews and strategic category insights.
  • Build and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with company goals and customer objectives.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and P&L management, ensuring delivery against financial targets.
  • Evaluate ROI on marketing and media investments, ensuring promotional activity drives measurable growth.
  • Drive omnichannel growth, integrating online and offline strategies to enhance customer reach and profitability.
  • Conduct category reviews and maintain deep expertise within the Wellness and VMS space.
About You

You’re a commercially driven account manager with strong leadership and negotiation skills, ideally from the Wellness, Pharmacy, or VMS sector. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy developing people, and have a proven track record of winning new business and driving profitable growth.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 4+ years’ National Account Management experience (NAM level essential).
  • Experience within the Wellness, Pharmacy or VMS category.
  • Degree‑level education (or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and forecast accurately.
  • Proven new business hunter with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Why Join ADM?
  • Work within an innovative, growing, and purpose‑led business.
  • Collaborate with passionate experts in health and nutrition.
  • Be part of a supportive culture that values development, ownership, and creativity.
  • Competitive package with benefits and opportunities for progression within ADM.
