We’re delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, family-owned food manufacturing business to recruit a Senior National Account Manager focused on the Foodservice sector.

With a proud heritage, strong values, and a supportive culture, this business is known for its high-quality products, innovation, and long-standing customer relationships.

Due to continued growth and exciting new product development, the company is expanding its commercial team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Foodservice professional to play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy and customer relationships within this fast-moving sector.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing one or two key accounts, as well as identifying new business opportunities across the Foodservice channel. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing deep insight into the sector, spotting trends, and leveraging your industry network to deliver real commercial value. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across NPD, marketing, and operations to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

We’re looking for someone who has :

  • Proven experience in the UK Foodservice sector, ideally with contacts across QSR, Coffee Chains, Restaurant Groups, Hotels, and other key OOH customers.
  • A background in food manufacturing-preferably with fast-paced or short shelf-life products
  • Strong account management and business development skills
  • Knowledge of category management, sales strategy, and commercial planning
  • Sales training and a degree (or equivalent education)
  • A self-driven, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
