West Highland Museum in Fort William seeks an experienced administrator to provide senior support across governance, operations and facilities. You will coordinate the secretariat, manage two part-time staff and volunteers, and help prepare management documents and AGM logistics.

The role also covers health and safety compliance, communications and visitor services, plus facilities coordination to keep the museum welcoming and well-maintained.

Formación

• Experience delivering senior administrative support.
• Experience coordinating staff and volunteers.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the Museum's secretariat function and minutes for board/committee meetings.
• Supports preparation of the Annual Report and other management documents.
• Recruits, trains and manages two part-time operations staff; coordinates volunteers.
• Organises staff meetings, briefings and performance reviews.
• Maintains and updates operational procedures to support business continuity.
