The role offers the opportunity to support clinical leads and junior staff in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a passion for training and development. The position comes with a strong benefits package, including an NHS pension and a supportive working environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated musculoskeletal physiotherapists to take on enhanced level roles, to support our growing team.
This part time band 7 post would suit either an experienced Band 7 MSK physiotherapist looking to take on a new challenge or an experienced Band 6 MSK physiotherapist ready to develop their clinical, management and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Lead, ESP physiotherapists, B7s in our clinics across Havering and Barking and Dagenham, and the administration & clerical team to deliver high quality patient care through innovation and service improvement. A key part of this role is providing training, support and supervision to rotational band 5 and 6 physiotherapists, students and exercise therapists. In return we will provide the post holder with training and development opportunities through an established support structure.
Working with our colleagues, patients and carers we have co‑produced three new values that we aim to embed within our culture here at NELFT.
This post will be subject to a probationary period.
