Job summary

Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the MSK-outpatients team with occasional inpatient duties in orthopaedics and general surgery. The role offers a permanent contract and up to 37.5 hours per week, with flexible full/part-time options and a CPD budget to support clinical excellence.

You’ll be supported by a regional clinical lead and a multidisciplinary team, with access to academy training programmes and a supportive work environment focused on patient

Qualifications

• Holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration; CSP membership preferred.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience.
• Experience in musculoskeletal outpatients and inpatient ward settings.
• Strong musculoskeletal and orthopaedic knowledge; NHS and private care experience.
• Engages in CPD and professional development; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care.
• Ensure governance, safety and quality in practice.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality assurance.
• Work in inpatient ward and outpatient clinics; weekend rota participation.
