A healthcare provider in the UK is looking for enthusiastic and motivated musculoskeletal physiotherapists to join their team in this part-time Band 7 post. Ideal candidates will have experience as Band 7 MSK physiotherapists or as Band 6 preparing for advancement. Responsibilities include supporting patient care and providing training to junior staff. The environment promotes innovation, teamwork, and professional development.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Lead, ESP physiotherapists, B7s in our clinics across Havering and Barking and Dagenham, and administration & clerical team to deliver high quality patient care through innovation and service improvement. A key part of this role is providing training, support and supervision to rotational band 5 and 6 physiotherapists, students and exercise therapists. In return we will provide the post holder with training and development opportunities through an established support structure.

NELFT places great importance on new starters being properly welcomed into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks, including mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process, new starters will also have the opportunity to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend several drop‑in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,714 to a maximum of £5,941 p.a. pro rata for part time). Although we are a registered sponsor organisation, we are unable to offer sponsorship for all job roles. Please check your eligibility under the UKVI points‑based system.
