Job summary

Super Group International is seeking a senior creative lead to drive innovative audio‑visual concepts across brand experiences in our studio. You’ll collaborate with Studio Leads, marketers and external partners to ensure on‑brand, on‑CI output delivered on time and to a high standard.

Leveraging deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a passion for sports, media or gambling, you’ll mentor teams, shape creative strategy and

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in sports, media, entertainment or gambling.
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional teams and manage complex AV projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead innovative AV concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Oversee delivery across all AV outputs and ensure CI compliance.
• Collaborate with Studio Leads and partners to drive creative excellence.
• Apply AI tools to enhance ideas while maintaining craft and quality.
• Support Head of Design in growing the Studio as a creative hub.
