Arcus FM is seeking a Senior Multi Skilled Engineer to advance their career at a busy North West London site. You will deliver maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric disciplines, ensuring compliance and reliability for a high‑performing facilities team.

Qualifications

• Experience across mechanical, electrical and fabric disciplines.
• Strong compliance and safety mindset.
• Able to work 7am–7pm on 42 hours per week.
• Comfort with CAFM systems and helpdesk processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
• Respond to alarms via BMS or helpdesk and escalate as needed.
• Manage tasks in CAFM system and meet SLA targets.
• Close-out PPMs promptly and address remedial actions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and service delivery teams.
• Provide out‑of‑hours cover on a 1 in 3 rota for P1 & P2 works.
• Assist on minor projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain 100% compliance with safety and asset management policies.

Education

City & Guilds Parts1 &2 (Electrical/Mechanical)

City & Guilds Part3 or NVQ Level2

2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

IPAF / PASMA certification within last 3 years

Valid First Aid certificate

LV/HV Authorised Person

Full UK Driving Licence
