Senior Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

£70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Double Days + No Call Outs + Overtime + Benefits

Are you a Senior Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer who holds a 17th/18th edition certificate, looking for a senior and autonomous position where you will be recognised as a technical expert?

This company prides itself on being family‑oriented and offers autonomy to staff to ensure a great culture, productivity and good staff retention. They are expecting to grow their site massively as they currently work on obtaining planning permissions on their 30‑acre factory.

In this role you will be working alongside a team of 3 engineers, total staff at the site is currently 35 people. You will be working on split shift pattern Monday to Friday (6am - 2pm) and (2pm - 11pm). The shift rotates weekly, with overtime available outside these hours. The role will consist of both reactive and preventive maintenance, with no call outs.

This role would suit a Senior Multi‑Skilled Engineer looking for a double days shift pattern, working for a growing business that prides itself respecting its staffs expertise through autonomy and recognition.

The Role

• PPM & reactive maintenance on a large, 30 acre site
• Working on cutting edge, modern machinery
• Fault‑finding 3‑phase, LV, and PLC control systems
• Replacing mechanical parts such as gearboxes and conveyors
• Weekly shift rotation; week one 6:00am‑2:00pm, week two 2:00pm‑11:00pm
