Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions across new communication channels and digital media. We are seeking an experienced Technical Resilience Architect to join our consulting practice, supporting clients in designing, engineering and hardening resilient technology environments.

You will lead the design of resilient, secure and scalable architectures, define technical recovery strategies and guide clients in uplifting their resilience posture.

Qualifications

• Strong technical architecture background in resilient, secure multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Experience leading cyber recovery capability including ransomware recovery.
• Familiarity with IaC concepts and cloud automation tooling.
• Knowledge of resilience solutions, backup/recovery toolsets, and recovery orchestration platforms.
• Experience with BCP and DR frameworks and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead resilient enterprise architecture across multi-cloud environments with secure, scalable designs.
• Lead technical recovery planning for ransomware and cyber incident scenarios.
• Define controls and recommend practical resilience solutions to close gaps.
• Develop resilience uplift programmes and technical roadmaps for clients.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and produce high-quality architecture deliverables.
