Ready to take the lead in IT support?

We're looking for a Senior IT Field Engineer to join a fast‑moving, client‑focused MSP environment. This is a role where your expertise will shine — not just behind a screen, but out in the field, working directly with clients and solving complex technical challenges.

Around 60% of your time will be spent on customer sites (within 50 miles of Silchester), with the remainder based in our modern office. No two days are the same — you'll be tackling escalations, leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring our clients' systems run seamlessly.

  • Solid MSP background in a customer‑facing role
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Autopilot
  • Experience with VMware/Hyper‑V, Rirewalls, backup, email security
  • Strong networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, MFA, wireless
  • IT certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.) are a big plus
