Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Senior MSK/Orthopaedic Physiotherapist for Chichester Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. In a multidisciplinary team, you will treat MSK and post‑operative orthopaedic patients, helping them achieve health and wellbeing goals.

You will work part-time (24 hours per week) with clinical leadership support, a CPD budget, and access to academy training programmes. You’ll join a charity with a strong track record in patient care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, you'll be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
• Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the public and other healthcare professionals.
• Experience across MSK and orthopaedic conditions, including post‑op patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, high quality, effective clinical care.
• Adhere to values and beliefs, delivering care that is evidence based.
• Monitor standards of treatment and participate in quality assurance processes.
• Engage in governance and clinical audit as part of professional practice.

Senior MSK/Orthopaedic Physiotherapist Chichester Fitness & Wellbeing Centre | Physiotherapy | Permanent contract | Part time Up to £49,000 per annum pro rate depending on experience 24 hours per week

Our Physiotherapy team at Chichester Fitness and Wellbeing Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best. We are currently looking to recruit a senior physiotherapist who will work within our multidisciplinary team of consultants (based at Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital), AHPs, personal trainers and rehabilitation specialists to optimise the health and recovery of our patients throughout their treatment. You will be treating a wide range of patients with various musculoskeletal conditions as well as seeing patients post op following orthopaedic surgery, providing you with the opportunity to play a key role in helping our patients achieve, maintain, and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to. The Fitness and wellbeing centre is brilliantly placed to support and mentor the successful candidate for this role, alongside our academy training programmes. As part of the team you will have clinical support available from your Regional clinical lead along with Physiotherapists, with leadership from the management team. • Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, you'll be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council

• Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals
• Have a wide range of experience in different specialities. Already be proficient in treating common MSK and orthopaedic conditions, with significant experience in this area.
