Job summary

PropSource Consulting seeks a MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor to lead high-end residential and private client projects. You will provide cost management expertise and maintain rigorous commercial discipline across the project lifecycle.

Working with developers and private clients, you’ll manage relationships with senior stakeholders, guide cost planning, procurement strategies and value engineering while contributing to a growing, collaborative team.

Qualifications
