Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered status is required.
• Experience in commercial building consultancy.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and maintenance projects.
• Excellent technical reporting and commercial judgement.
• U.K. driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building condition and pre-acquisition surveys.
• Technical due diligence and defect diagnosis.
• Prepare fee proposals and develop repeat business.
• Managing clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior surveyors and leading project delivery.
